- Raleigh Scholls Apartments Service Request System
We pride ourselves in our Maintenance Department and the service that they
provide to our tenants. There are 3 ways you can request service from us.
- You can call our Maintenance Request line at (503) 292-2095 and leave a
recorded message for our staff. This can be done 24 hours a day.
Please give us as much information as you can regarding the service you are
requesting. Be sure to let us know if we have permission to enter if you
are not home, without this we can't complete the service.
- Stop by our rental office during office hours and we will be happy to
schedule you request.
- Open the E-Mail Service Request PDF file below, fill in the boxes on the
form and e-mail it back to us using the button on the form. You can also
save this form to your computer to be use later. If you do save it to
your computer, you can open it, fill it out and make it an attachment in your
email program and send it to us, or you can print it and drop it by the
office. Make sure that you check the box for permission to enter or we
will not be able to process your request.
We Guarantee that we will schedule your request for service within 24 hours
from the time we are notified. Depending on the problem most request will
be completed within this time period, if parts or outside service is needed it
could take longer. Our "Simply Better Guarantee" is if we do not
contact you within 24 hours of the request for service we will give you a $10.00
rent credit.
