Raleigh Scholls Apartments was built in 1963, but that's just a date. Many of our units have been remodeled to a very high standard and could complete with many of the newer communities being built today. All of our apartments have either balconies or patios, we even have some locations that have fenced in backyards. Basically all 1963 means is the buildings are better built and provide more privacy that newer construction. The below links will give you more information on the different styles we have to offer.
