Change in Policy Regarding Air Conditioners At one time all rental units at Raleigh Scholls Apartments came with air conditioning units. Due to the increasing rates for electric we have had to change our policy regarding air conditioners. Air conditioners are not included in our base model apartments in an attempt to keep our base rents as low as possible. Air conditioners are still included in our Remodeled units. If air conditioning is important to you ask about a remodeled unit when you call. As you walk our property you may notice that many units do have air conditioners. Residents living here at the time of this policy change will still continue to have air conditioners for as long as they live here. As these tenants move out we will remove these units from all base model apartments. We do not allow the installation of any window air conditioners in any of our units. |
