Apartments that we will take $100.00 off the rent for the first 6 months. Our
rate for a 2 bedroom starts at $750.00 per month and we will rent it
to you for $625.00 a month for 6 months. We will take $100 off the price of any
unit in our community. Now that is pretty good but we can do
better. Included in this amount is all of your utilities, Electric, Water, Gas,
Sewer and Garbage. If you are wondering how much that adds up to here is an good
example. If you have Electric heat, Electric hot water heater and an electric
stove your electric bill for 2 people would be between $80 and $100 per month.
Your Water Sewer and Garbage for 2 would be around $40.00 if your are bill
through your apartment complex, if not it would be much more. So that would
equal $140.00 per month that you would have to pay above your normal rent
amount. So our offer is for you to pay $625.00 for the first 6 months and with
all utilities included you can deduct $140 for that leaving the true cost of
your unit at $485.00 per month for a 2 bedroom apartment. And if you stay past
the 6 month your true cost will still only be $585.00 per month. We are so sure
that you will like us we won't even make you sign a lease, we will do it month
to month. If you can find an offer better than that then I would take it, but we
